One branded sign-in covers CMAs, the Estimated Net Sheet, Listing Pulse weekly seller updates, weekly market reports, social content and listing videos, expired and FSBO lead lists, a full CRM and an IDX agent website.
LJ Kennedy has more than 10 years in real estate and works with Designed Real Estate in Spokane. Belvedere started as the tools LJ built for LJ's own clients and is now offered to other agents.
