CMAs are part of Listing Pulse & CMAs at $39 per agent a month, which also includes Listing Pulse seller updates, the net sheet and the weekly Market Review. Agents who pay for a separate CMA tool often spend about $35 to $49 a month for CMAs alone (GetApp, Cloud CMA listing).

Can I put my own brand on the CMA?
Yes. The design builder uses your logo, headshot, colors, fonts and page order on every PDF and client link.
Is the suggested price an appraisal?
No. It is an estimate from the comps you choose, for your conversation with the seller. It is not an appraisal.
Does it replace Cloud CMA?
For most solo agents, yes: Belvedere makes branded CMA reports and adds weekly seller updates, a net sheet and market reports for $39. If your MLS already gives you a CMA tool free, compare what you would still pay for separately.
