Belvedere CRM is the contact manager inside Belvedere, all-in-one software for real estate agents made in Spokane, WA. It shares one contact list with your CMAs, seller updates, website and market emails, so every client's history is in one place.

Can I import from Follow Up Boss?
Yes. Export your people from Follow Up Boss as a spreadsheet and import them, or connect the two-way Follow Up Boss sync.
Does it have a dialer?
No. You can log calls and work a daily call list, but Belvedere does not include a power dialer.
Does it send messages on its own?
No. Suggested follow-up waits for your approval before anything goes out.
Does it work for teams?
Yes. Team admins see everyone; agents see only their own people and numbers.
