What it is
The Market Review is Belvedere's weekly local market report: a branded web page and a Monday email for your sphere, built from real MLS numbers for the areas you choose. Neighborhood Pulses go further: draw any area on a map and get a micro-market report with a private client link and a page on your website.

Agents in other markets can still use the CRM, net sheet, social tools and website; tell us your MLS and we confirm what works before you pay.
Can I choose my own areas?
Yes. Pick cities and neighborhoods, or draw your own area on a map for a Neighborhood Pulse.
Do I have to write anything?
No. The report and email are drafted for you. You can add a personal note before it goes out.
See it with your own listings
Listing Pulse & CMAs is $39 per agent a month. Add the CRM for $49 or a website for $99, or get All of Belvedere for $149. There is a $99 one-time setup, billing is month to month and you can cancel anytime.
