Listing Pulse is the weekly seller-update tool inside Belvedere, all-in-one software for real estate agents made in Spokane, WA. Every week it builds a branded update for each of your active listings and gets it ready to send. It is part of Belvedere and is not related to other products with a similar name.

Listing data for CMAs, Listing Pulse and market reports works today for agents in the Spokane REALTORS® MLS and the Coeur d'Alene MLS. Agents in other markets can still use the CRM, net sheet, social tools and website; tell us your MLS and we confirm what works before you pay.

No. Listing Pulse is a tool inside Belvedere, real estate software made in Spokane, WA. It is not affiliated with other products that use a similar name.
Do my sellers need to log in?
No. They open a private link on their phone or computer.
Does it send automatically?
Updates are prepared every week and you choose when to send, so nothing goes out that you have not seen.
Which MLS does it work with?
